Hans doesn’t know how to handle his recently inherited niece, or her curse, so she’ll just have to wait while he hunts down a thieving Changeling. Unfortunately for him, Gingerbread isn’t good at waiting and finds herself talking with an old woman, one with something shiny slithering behind her eyes…
As I’ve said before I’m writing a series of short stories based on prompts to get myself writing and back into the world of Albia. Today’s short revolves around the word ‘cake’. Rather fitting in Gingerbread’s case.
